About Me
Richard joins us from Altas Realty in Campbell brings over 30 years of real estate experience to our team. Prior to his successful career in real estate, Richard was a real estate developer and contractor for over 40 years. He has projects and investments all over Los Gatos and the Bay Area. He holds a B.S. degree in finance and taxation from San Jose State University. Richard has his NMLS Exam scheduled for September and looks forward to adding loan services to his broad portfolio of services. Richard has been a long time resident of Los Gatos and farms and specializes primarily in the 95032 zip code Areas. Richard enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years and his children David, 23 and Samantha 22.
