I specialize in Distressed properties: As a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist I’ve helped home owners facing financial difficulties sell their property and avoid foreclosure. As an expert negotiator I work with mortgage lenders to arrive at an acceptable price and terms that are agreeable to all. In 2005 I started working as a telemarketer for a Mortgage Broker in Fremont CA for the Hispanic community. My work as a loan officer has helped many clients fulfill the American Dream of being a Homeowner or refinancing/buying an investment properties. During the Financial Crisis of 2008 I helped many of my clients with Loan Modifications or Selling their property through a Short sale in order to avoid Foreclosure. After 2008 I continued working with lenders for approval of short sale properties. During that time I was able to learn new strategies and the lenders guidelines for acceptance with successful results.
I handle each transaction as if it were my own and will never leave a client hanging. My Support Group of Professionals (Appraisers, Title Companies, Lawyers, Constructors,
Handyman, Designers, Events Planners, etc.) are able to provide my clients with the best services. Honesty, loyalty, ethics, and professionalism is how I’m able to establish all the lifelong relationships I have. I donate a percentage of my income to the Non Profit Organization “Change.org” they call for social change and empower EVERYONE to create the kind of change they want to see. The Hispanic Community has a strong presence in USA and due to their strong cultural bond I’ve made them my niche target. I would like to assist anyone with the dream of becoming a homeowner.
