Dear Neighbors & Friends,
My name is Leonard Marrufo and Real Estate is my passion. I have been a proud resident of the Willow Glen community since 1975, and I started my real estate career in this very market back in 1999. As a longtime resident, I have a deep connection with the area and the residents that make it unique. My track record shows that I have worked with countless buyers, sellers, and investors dealing in luxury properties. I have successfully closed multiple deals in San Jose, Willow Glen, Santa Cruz, Redwood City, Stockton, and Modesto. Prior to my real estate career I served for years as an In-Flight Service Specialist with American Airlines. Also, I have a business degree from San Jose State University. In addition I’ve completed the eight required courses to take the Broker’s exam. These are Principals of Real Estate, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Finance, Practice, Economics, Property Management and Mortgage Loan Originator as well as Appraisals. These courses have definitely prepared me to soon take the Broker’s exam. To better assist the Hispanic community I speak fluent Spanish. In my free time I’m very active with my parish, living my spirituality both in and out of church. If you are looking for new Realty opportunities, I know of properties not yet on listed the market. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, tending my garden, crafting my own wine, and jogging new trails in the Santa Cruz hills. I have been an active volunteer for Maverick’s Surfing Contest since 2007. Most importantly, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends.
