About Me
Fernando grew up in San Jose and attended local schools, college at Santa Clara University, where he received his B.S.C and M.B.A degrees. He attended UC Berkeley Law School on an academic scholarship, graduated and returned to San Jose to open his own law firm, serving the community in real estate matters, construction, and business matters. In addition to his law practice he taught business courses at Santa Clara University. He retired from law practice to work in real estate sales and real estate development in the South Bay. He joined our team at Elite as a Realtor. Elite Realty Services is a boutique Real Estate brokerage engaged in Real Estate sales and Real Estate development. Fernando is a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and will use his Real Estate legal background to help him better serve his clients. He will be happy to find you a home, or list your home for sale. He will assist in every step of the transaction from the offer, or acceptance of offer, through financing, escrow, and successful close.
