Booking Procedure

The security deposit equal to 1-night rate is required to confirm the booking. For bookings over 2 weeks long and up to 2 months, we require either a 2-night deposit or 30% of the total amount (depending on the duration of the stay and season). For long-term rentals the payment + security deposit (both equal to the first month rent) are required.

The deposit will be returned to you upon Check-Out, provided that the apartment remains in good condition (without damages or losses).

For bookings of 1 night only, we add clean-out fees of Eur 17. 

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Seasons

Low season:         1 Sept - 21 Dec

                            10 Jan - 15 Apr

High season:         16 Apr - 15 May

                            16 July - 31 Aug

Peak season:        16 May - 15 July

                            22 Dec - 9 Jan
 

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or if the client cancels less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In – after 2 PM
Check-Out – before Noon.

To guarantee early / late Check-In / Check-Out we charge 50% of 1-night rate. 

Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.

Arrivals after 23.00 are subject to additional fee of Eur 15. 

On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.
