Booking Requirements

To book – pay 1 night (credit card, bank transfer)

To confirm bookings we require one night\'s rent as a deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (credit card form will be send to you to fill it in and sign and return to be together with a copy of client’s credit card (both sides) via fax or scan and email it.

The deposit is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses).

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date or no-show is subject to 1 night’s fee.
The cancellation policy covers all bookings, including any force major issues, for which the company takes no responsibility.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In – 2 p.m.

Check-Out – 12 a.m.

Please be advised that we maintain a Check-In time of 14:00 and a Check -Out time of 12 noon. To guarantee early/late Check-In/ Check-Out we charge a half day\'s rent. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
