This is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the historical district of St. Petersburg and in few steps from the Hermitage . The apartment has all the modern facilities necessary to make your stay in St. Petersburg as comfortable as possible. The apartment is located in an excellent place whether you are in St. Petersburg as a tourist or on business. A bedroom with comfortable bed and orthopedic mattress and a living room with great view on the Palace area and Moika embankment.A fully equipped build-in kitchen, 24 hours hot water access, secure entrance with consierge. It is close to many stores and restaurants and is a great value for its price.

Interesting or well-known sites located nearby: This area is the heart of the city with Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg’s main thoroughfare running nearby. This apartment is just minutes away from many of the city’s major attractions: The Hermitage Museum, the Russian Museum, Kazansky Cathedral as well as many others are located just minutes away. There are many interesting architectural sites in this area.

The security deposit equal to 1-night rate is required to confirm the booking. To confirm bookings of over 2 weeks long, we require 2-night deposit. The deposit will be returned to you upon Check-Out, provided that the apartment remains in good condition (without damages or losses).

For bookings of 1 night only, we add clean-out fees of Eur 17.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In – after 2 PM
Check-Out – before Noon.

To guarantee early / late Check-In / Check-Out we charge 50% of 1-night rate.

Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.

Arrivals after 23.00 are sibject to additional fee of Eur 15.

On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or if the client cancels less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
