Brief Description

4 bedrooms. The apartment is located on the third storey and in the attic and has got two exits (one is an emergency one).
Sauna and large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower cubicle.
Video monitoring, clean porch of European standard.
2 parking places.
For the moment the apartment is without furniture and will be furnished according to the client's taste.

The security deposit equal to 1-night rate is required to confirm the booking. To confirm bookings of over 2 weeks long, we require 2-night deposit. The deposit will be returned to you upon Check-Out, provided that the apartment remains in good condition (without damages or losses).
For bookings of 1 night only, we add clean-out fees of Eur 17.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.
For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In – after 2 PM
Check-Out – before Noon.

To guarantee early / late Check-In / Check-Out we charge 50% of 1-night rate.
Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.

Arrivals after 23.00 are sibject to additional fee of Eur 15.
On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or if the client cancels less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
