Nevsky Prospect, main city’s street is 100 meters from the apartment location with numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and large shops including Gostiny Dvor and Passage. The Neva Embankment with its outstanding view of Peter and Paul Fortress is also within a walking distance from the apartment.

Booking Requirements

 

To book – pay 1 night (credit card, bank transfer)

To confirm bookings we require one night's rent as a deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (credit card form will be send to you to fill it in and sign and return to be together with a copy of client’s credit card (both sides) via fax or scan and email it.The deposit is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses).

 

Cancellation Fee

 

2 days – 50% fee

1 day – 100% fee

In case the client cancels accommodation in 2 days – 50% of security deposit is charged.

The deposit is not refundable in case the client cancels booking in less than 24 hours.


Check-In & Check-Out

 

Check-In – 2 p.m.

Check-Out – 12 a.m.

 

Please be advised that we maintain a Check-In time of 14:00 and a Check -Out time of 12 noon. To guarantee early/late Check-In/ Check-Out we charge a half day's rent. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
