Brief Description
This delightful apartment (67, 9 sq. meters) is located on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey building, in a truly unique central area of the city. Many interesting and impressive architectural sites, cafes, restaurants and stores are within easy walking distance. This nice and sunny 1-bedroom apartment was built for and used by our company president. It has all the modern facilities to make your stay in Saint Petersburg as comfortable as possible. It can sleep 4 people: there is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out double sofa in the living area. The apartment features Wireless Internet connection, satellite television and air conditioning. If you are renting this apartment for a short period, cleaning is provided 2 times a week. The apartment is perfect for an individual or a couple.

Neighborhood
Situated in the city center, near the Anichkov Bridge, on the corner of Karavannaya Street and Nevsky Prospect, right next to the Alexandrinsky theatre. Nevsky Prospect is considered to be St. Petersburg’s main thoroughfare where many large shops are situated including Gostinyi Dvor, Passage as well as good restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Such outstanding sites as the Palace Square, the Hermitage Museum, Admiralty, and the Russian Museum are a short walking distance from the apartment. The Field of Mars, Summer Gardens, Savior on the Blood Cathedral, Kazansky Cathedral are also not far.

The security deposit equal to 1-night rate is required to confirm the booking. To confirm bookings of over 2 weeks long, we require 2-night deposit. The deposit will be returned to you upon Check-Out, provided that the apartment remains in good condition (without damages or losses). For bookings of 1 night only, we add clean-out fees of Eur 17.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Check-In – after 2 PM
Check-Out – before Noon.

To guarantee early / late Check-In / Check-Out we charge 50% of 1-night rate.
Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
Arrivals after 23.00 are sibject to additional fee of Eur 15.

On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or if the client cancels less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
