Neighborhood

Situated in the city center, near the Anichkov Bridge, on the corner of Karavannaya Street and Nevsky Prospect, right next to the Alexandrinsky theatre. Nevsky Prospect is considered to be St. Petersburg’s main thoroughfare where many large shops are situated including Gostinyi Dvor, Passage as well as good restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Such outstanding sites as the Palace Square, the Hermitage Museum, Admiralty, and the Russian Museum are a short walking distance from the apartment. The Field of Mars, Summer Gardens, Savior on the Blood Cathedral, Kazansky Cathedral are also not far.

Booking Requirements 

To book – pay 1 night (credit card, bank transfer)To confirm bookings we require one night's rent as a deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (credit card form will be send to you to fill it in and sign and return to be together with a copy of client’s credit card (both sides) via fax or scan and email it.

The deposit is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses). 

Cancellation Fee

2 days – 50% fee

1 day – 100% fee

In case the client cancels accommodation in 2 days – 50% of security deposit is charged.

The deposit is not refundable in case the client cancels booking in less than 24 hours.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In – 2 p.m.

Check-Out – 12 a.m.

Please be advised that we maintain a Check-In time of 14:00 and a Check -Out time of 12 noon. To guarantee early/late Check-In/ Check-Out we charge a half day's rent. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
