All the windows of this light, sunny and tastefully decorated apartment overlook a quiet and secure courtyard. This apartment is a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Situated close to the main attractions of St. Petersburg architectural masterpieces: Palace Square, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Summer Gardens, the Hermitage, Russian Museum, Saviour on the Blood Cathedral. Take a chance to walk along the Neva Embankment to admire its spectacular views of Peter and Paul Fortress; Vasilevsky Island – a picturesque part of the city which still retains its historic appearance with the Stock Exchange which, along with the Rostral Columns, forms the famous architectural ensemble of the Vasilevsky Island Spit.

The security deposit equal to 1-night rate is required to confirm the booking. To confirm bookings of over 2 weeks long, we require 2-night deposit. The deposit will be returned to you upon Check-Out, provided that the apartment remains in good condition (without damages or losses).

For bookings of 1 night only, we add clean-out fees of Eur 17.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In – after 2 PM
Check-Out – before Noon.

To guarantee early / late Check-In / Check-Out we charge 50% of 1-night rate.

Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.

Arrivals after 23.00 are sibject to additional fee of Eur 15.

On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or if the client cancels less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
