Description
It is located in 7 minutes walk to Mayakovskaya and in 10 minutes to Pushkinskaya metro stations. The entrance to the building, which is secured with a metal door and an intercommunication system, is from a quiet courtyard. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You will find lots of cafes and restaurants, as well as a 24-hour supermarket in the immediate vicinity from the apartment.

The apartment comes with double sound-proof windows, Wi-Fi Internet, free local calls, DVD and satellite TV (60 channels).  The bedroom features a double bed, and there is a cosy double pull-out sofa in the living room. Full sets of bed-linen, towels, means of personal hygiene, a dressing gown and disposable slippers, as well as potable water, tea, coffee and sugar are provided for free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker  and an iron. The bathroom comes with a washing machine and a hair dryer.

Conditions
Arrival after 14.00, departure before 12.00 (noon). Early arrival (from 7:00 till 12.00 (noon) and late departure (after 12:00 and before 23.00) are paid as 50 % of the nightly rate. Departure after 23.00 is paid as 1-night rent. Minimum rent is 1 night.

The security deposit equal to 1-night rate is required.

Arrivals after 23.00 are sibject to additional fee of Eur 15.

On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Services
Cleaning is provided 3 times a week

Change of linen and towels are provided once a week.

A baby cot for a child of up to 2 years old is upon request and free of charge.
