Description

This two-room apartment  meets all Western standards of residential premises. The buiding is located in a historical district of Moscow, close to the Patriarshy Ponds. It is in 3 minutes walk from Pushkinskaya, Tverskaya and Chekhovskaya metro junction. Bogoslovsky lane is named after the Ioann Bogoslov (Ioann the Theologian) Church. The place is also well-known by dancing parties that choreographer Iogel used to arrange in the XIXth century. It was during one of those balls that Alexander Pushkin and his future wife Natalia Goncharova got to know each other. Just imagine that you are going to stay in a truly historical place!

Conditions

Arrival after 14.00, departure before 12.00 (noon). Early arrival (from 7:00 till 12.00 (noon) and late departure (after 12:00 and before 23.00) are paid as 50 % of the nightly rate. Departure after 23.00 is paid as 1-night\'s rent. Minimum rent is 1 night.

The security deposit equal to 1-night\'s rate is required. 

Arrivals after 23.00 are subject to additional fee of Eur 15. 

On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Cleaning is provided 2 times a week

Change of linen and towels are provided once a week.
