Brief description

A luxury and fully furnished apartment, conveniently located in 5 minutes walk from the Palace Square and the Hermitage. The building features a lift, and the entrance is secure. The apartment has two WCs: the one witn a bathtub, the other with the shower. The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the conveniences of the living room included cozy sofas, a tea-table, a home movie system with an LCD screen, as well as Unlimited ADSL internet access. The minimum stay in the apartment is 3 nights.

Neighbourhood

This part of the historical center of the city is known as the Golden Triangle. In Tsarist times, the majority of nobility lived in this area in palaces most of which still exist today. Other sites nearby are the Palace Square, the Hermitage Museum, the Russian Museum, the Field of Mars, Summer Gardens, Savior on the Blood Cathedral, Kazansky Cathedral. If you are in the city during the white nights season, between mid May and mid August, do not miss a chance to stroll along the embankment and watch the many bridges across the Neva rise. It is really a spectacular site that you will never forget.

The security deposit equal to 1-night rate is required to confirm the booking. To confirm bookings of over 2 weeks long, we require 2-night deposit. The deposit will be returned to you upon Check-Out, provided that the apartment remains in good condition (without damages or losses).

For bookings of 1 night only, we add clean-out fees of Eur 17.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the apartment.

For smoking (or even cigarette smell) inside the apartment the penalty is Eur 75.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In – after 2 PM
Check-Out – before Noon.

To guarantee early / late Check-In / Check-Out we charge 50% of 1-night rate.

Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.

Arrivals after 23.00 are sibject to additional fee of Eur 15.

On the departure day, if clients fail to leave the apartment at the agreed time, each 15 minutes after the agreed departure time will cost Eur 5. The cleaning lady has the right to start preparing the apartment for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or if the client cancels less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
